We’re partnering with a growing compounding pharmacy in Dallas seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Leader to drive day-to-day performance and help scale the organization through its next stage of growth. Position will be Manager or Director, depending on candidate's experience level.
This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with responsibility across pharmacy production, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, staffing, workflow and overall operational performance.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of pharmacy operations leadership experience
- 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy experience required
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 3+ years leading teams of 20+ employees
- Strong experience managing KPIs, productivity, staffing and operational performance
- Proven success improving workflows, building processes and driving accountability
- A hands‑on leader who knows how to build, coach and develop high‑performing teams
- Experience in a highly regulated pharmacy or FDA‑regulated environment
