Education: PharmD from an ACPE-accredited institution required. Completion of a PGY1 residency preferred.
2. Licensure: Licensed as a Pharmacist by the State of California Board of Pharmacy required.
3. Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a hospital pharmacy environment or completion of a PGY1 residency required. Previous experience in managing, developing, coordinating and implementing pharmacy delivery and documentation systems preferred.
