What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and other programs in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations.
- Ensure effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels.
- Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance on proper customer service approaches and techniques to resolve customer needs within company guidelines.
- Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging associates to serve as good community members.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing safety and quality assurance reviews.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (FPGEC/NABP).
- Active pharmacy license by job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
Preferred Qualifications
- U.S. pharmacy related experience.
