What You’ll Do
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
Lead and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
Counsel patients and answer medication-related questions
Administer immunizations and support clinical pharmacy services
Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Oversee inventory, controlled substances, and pharmacy documentation
Support staffing, scheduling, and team development
Help maintain a high level of patient service and pharmacy performance
What We’re Looking For
Active South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
Previous retail pharmacy experience
Pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
Ability to lead a pharmacy team and manage day-to-day operations
Current immunization certification, as required
