Role Overview
The Manager of the Outpatient Pharmacy oversees daily operations, serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
Responsibilities Include
- Managing clinic drug distribution, home infusion services, and workflow optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
- Conducting bi-annual inventory audits.
- Supporting strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail pharmacy or related experience.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid Texas State Board of Pharmacy license required; pharmacy certification preferred.
