Seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our leadership team at our dynamic community hospital. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency across inpatient pharmacy services.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required
- Current pharmacist licensure in the state
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience, with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change
