Lufkin Pharmacy & Co. is looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team!
We are an independently operated pharmacy and part of Ark Pharmacies, an employee-owned company focused on exceptional patient care, compassionate service, and investing in our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staffing for a team including 2 staff pharmacists, multiple pharmacy technicians, cashiers & a delivery driver
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Texas, state, and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA
- Oversee and participate in quality improvement and patient-care initiatives.
- Assist with customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Promote a positive, team-oriented pharmacy environment
Qualifications:
- Has 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience
- Holds an active Texas pharmacist license in good standing
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills, including responsibility as PIC
- Takes pride in accuracy, patient care, and teamwork
- Familiarity with PioneerRx (preferred)

Schedule & Location:
- Store Location: Lufkin, TX
- Store Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- All full-time employees are expected to work approximately 40 hours per week with rotating weekends. Schedules may vary based on pharmacy needs.
