Join Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions as a Nuclear Pharmacy Manager. This role manages operational support in compliance with PET cGMP, radiation safety program, license commitments, and corporate policies in the manufacture and distribution of quality positron emitting radiopharmaceuticals.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Production of radionuclides
  • Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
  • Maintaining inventory
  • Managing P&L responsibilities
  • Supervision of employees including HR functions
  • Compliance with regulatory commitments (cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws, corporate policies, federal, state, local authorities)
  • Performance of aseptic techniques, sterility and pyrogen testing per standard operating procedures
  • Performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per standard operating procedures
  • Managing applicable documents and records
  • Preparation and shipment of radioactive materials per procedures and licensing requirements
  • Operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software
  • Ensuring site cleanliness, orderliness, and safe environment
  • Customer service: telephone support and customer visits as necessary
  • Personnel training and staff development

Shift: Primarily a night shift role at the PETNET Solutions Pharmacy; flexibility to work alternative shifts required.

On‑job training: 5 weeks of intensive in‑person and virtual training, followed by ongoing support from the world‑class training team.

Qualifications

  • Communicates effectively with proven ability to interpret information and provide and/or follow complex instructions
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows applications
  • Ability to handle 100 lb packages (supervisory duties)

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing lab management experience
  • Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees

Pay Range

$112,000 – $154,000, may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
