Job Overview
We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our specialty pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a collaborative environment for our pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory, workflow, and staff coordination
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
- Provide clinical guidance and medication counseling to patients
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing specialty pharmacy services
- Lead and support a team of pharmacists and technicians in delivering exceptional care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient treatment plans
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions
- Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD or RPh) in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy management experience (specialty pharmacy experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of specialty medications, insurance processes, and regulatory requirements
- Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
