Pharmacy Manager

Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our community-based pharmacy in Klamath Falls, Oregon. As part of a collaborative care team, you'll work closely with behavioral health providers and patients, providing pharmacy services that help improve health outcomes and change lives.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Provide patient counseling and clinical support
• Build relationships with patients, clinic partners, and community stakeholders
• Develop and coach pharmacy team members
• Ensure compliance, quality, and operational excellence
• Drive pharmacy growth and performance

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Certified Immunizer (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to complete a two-week training program (travel expenses reimbursed)
• Leadership experience preferred

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
