Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a community-based pharmacy located within a behavioral health setting in Greenfield, MA. This role combines leadership, patient care, and partnership with clinical teams to help improve the lives of individuals managing complex health conditions.
The pharmacy is located at Clinical & Support Options, 1 Arch Place, Suite P, Greenfield, MA , and operates Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (closed for lunch 12:30 PM-1:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Create a positive experience for patients and clinic partners
- Serve as a clinical resource to providers and care teams
- Counsel patients regarding medications, usage, and potential side effects
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Administer and support wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care
- Manage pharmacy performance, growth opportunities, and financial outcomes
- Coach, develop, and support pharmacy team members
- Recruit and retain pharmacy talent
- Review key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build relationships with community stakeholders and clinic partners
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote pharmacy services

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
