Salary: $160,000–$170,000 annually + Comprehensive Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations within a growing specialty home infusion pharmacy dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients in the home and alternate care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with home infusion leadership experience to oversee clinical operations, sterile compounding, quality assurance, and pharmacy staff while helping drive exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

About the Role

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of home infusion services. You will lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, support clinical pharmacy services, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, USP /, and company policies.
  • Partner with operations leadership to coordinate workflow and optimize pharmacy performance.
  • Support quality assurance, performance improvement initiatives, and regulatory readiness.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and annual performance evaluations of pharmacy personnel.
  • Assist with budgeting, operational planning, productivity, and achievement of departmental goals.
  • Maintain clinical competency and provide clinical pharmacist coverage as needed.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Assist with on-call pharmacist coverage and serve as Pharmacist in Charge when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy experience in home infusion therapy
  • Strong leadership and staff management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of sterile compounding, IV admixture, infusion therapies, and USP /
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence
