What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and efficiently
• Train, mentor, and support pharmacists and technicians focused on excellent patient care
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and organizational policies
• Build positive relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
• Support clinical and wellness programs that enhance community health

What You’ll Need

• Active pharmacist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure in SC)
• Prior experience in pharmacy management or leadership preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependability and flexibility to work within store hours, including every other weekend
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and patient satisfaction
