Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and leadership-driven Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to oversee our daily pharmacy operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients, leading a team of pharmacy technicians, and managing overall day-to-day pharmacy responsibilities . Key Responsibilities
- Pharmacy Operations: Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operational responsibilities of the pharmacy.
- Patient Care: Accurately prepare and dispense appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients while providing professional consultation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of pharmacy technicians to maintain high performance and compliance.
- Technology Utilization: Efficiently utilize the pharmacy’s Patient Management System to track prescriptions, patient records, and inventory.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the pharmacy adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Licensure: Current, active license to practice pharmacy in the state.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy manager experience.
- Leadership: Previous leadership or supervisory role is highly helpful and preferred.
- Technical Skills: Must be fully proficient in utilizing a Pharmacy Patient Management System. xhqgsiq
