📍 Bronx, New York | Onsite | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Are you an experienced Pharmacist ready to take ownership of daily pharmacy operations, medication safety, regulatory compliance, and technician team leadership?

We’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge with strong retail pharmacy management experience to oversee pharmacy operations in an onsite setting. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibility with workflow management, inventory oversight, technician leadership, and regulatory compliance.

💊 Key Responsibilities:

• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, accuracy, legality, and proper dosing
• Prepare and dispense medications safely and accurately
• Direct daily pharmacy workflow and coordinate Pharmacy Technician activities
• Manage technician scheduling, workflow assignments, and performance-related concerns
• Maintain accurate patient profiles, dispensing histories, and pharmacy records
• Oversee medication inventory and ensure appropriate storage, labeling, and stock management

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active New York Pharmacist License — required
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail pharmacy management experience; 5+ years preferred
• Previous retail pharmacy experience required
• Ability to work onsite in Bronx, New York, Monday–Friday, normally 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
