To support the technical execution of pharmacy integrations, the full-time remote Pharmacy Integrations Manager will manage integration processes, timelines, and communications while ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations. Key Responsibilities Support integration delivery for customers and partners, conducting technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into structured plans Serve as the technical liaison for pharmacy and technology partners, maintaining clear documentation of integration decisions and specifications Collaborate with Engineering to monitor integration health, assist in troubleshooting issues, and track metrics to improve integration outcomes Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation, or health tech roles with a focus on healthcare data workflows Strong familiarity with HL7 and JSON, with the ability to work directly with engineers on technical requirements Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements for internal teams and external partners Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process execution Excellent verbal and written communication skills
