Empathetic and persuasive, the full-time Pharmacy Guide will manage high-volume outbound phone calls to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage members through high-volume outbound calls to promote medication adherence and health support programs Build trust by identifying and addressing underlying barriers to care through active listening and personalized communication Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve member issues and ensure continuity of care Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-volume member-, patient-, or customer-facing role involving outreach, engagement, or consultative problem solving Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through active listening and personalized communication Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and determine appropriate next steps Experience working toward individual performance expectations in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Comfortable conducting outbound calls, including conversations with hesitant members
