Supporting pharmacy financial performance, the full-time remote Pharmacy Functional Analyst II will analyze financial data, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and issue resolution. Key responsibilities Analyze pharmacy financial, contract, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Monitor and validate financial guarantees and performance measures for client arrangements Prepare reporting and documentation for audits and compliance reviews while partnering with analytics teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or 4 years in an operational role at level 2 or above Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications Experience in pharmacy-related financials, medical rebates, or commercial pharmacy operations preferred Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
