To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Pharmacy Business Analyst will coordinate IT project workstreams, serve as a subject matter expert, and streamline workflows to enhance client service delivery. Key responsibilities: Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to transform requirements into actionable results Delegate tasks and coach project team members to improve complex business processes Required qualifications: Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry, including three or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience Strong preference for candidates with pharmacy experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel features and relational database software Proven ability to translate technical requirements for a non-technical audience Experience in business process re-engineering and strong interpersonal skills
