Pharmacy Analytics Consultant

Serving as the pharmacist voice on client calls, the full-time Managed Care Pharmacy Analytics Consultant will discuss payment integrity findings, collaborate with data science on model development, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance pharmacy strategies in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary pharmacy/clinical subject-matter expert on client calls, translating analytics into actionable insights Collaborate with the data science team to validate clinical logic behind pharmacy models and ensure integration of payment integrity findings into broader strategies Contribute to the strategic direction of pharmacy offerings while ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations and payer requirements Required Qualifications PharmD degree, with a Managed Care Residency preferred 6-8 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, including client-facing roles 3 years of experience analyzing pharmacy claims data, particularly related to payment integrity Demonstrated understanding of PBM operations, claims adjudication, and pricing/rebate administration Ability to engage with analytics teams and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences
