Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with external employer group clients
- Manage pharmacy benefit performance and drive client satisfaction
- Execute strategic account plans and provide data-driven insights
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Prior experience in healthcare industry with focus on Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Demonstrated experience managing large employer group clients
- Experience with PBM contracting including negotiation and RFP processes
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret pharmacy utilization data
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce
