Supporting a dynamic project team, the full-time Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage ICSR activities, optimize procedures, and act as a subject matter expert while working remotely from Rome, Italy. Key responsibilities Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities to enhance team efficiency Manages ICSR deviations and collaborates with the ICSR Operational Lead on process improvements Acts as the Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and supports the RA & PV Network Department as needed Required qualifications Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance 3-4 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 1 year in a line manager role Fluency in English, both spoken and written Demonstrated technical skills relevant to pharmacovigilance processes Experience in managing and optimizing operational procedures and team efficiency
