This role focuses on providing pharmacological expertise in an inpatient setting, requiring specialty experience in oncology. Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist
- Manage the preparation and dispensing of IV medications
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations for hazardous and non-hazardous medications
- Deliver pharmacological services following a protocol-driven care model
- Provide expertise in drug interactions, dosage adjustments, and pharmacy protocols
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements of the Pharmacist
- PA state license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology pharmacy
- EPIC Beacon experience required
