Help Build a High-Quality 503A Sterile Compounding Pharmacy
nBrightMeds is seeking an experienced sterile compounding pharmacist to help launch and scale a new 503A pharmacy in the Greater St. Louis area.
nYou do not need to have previously served as a Pharmacist-in-Charge or personally opened a sterile pharmacy. You do need meaningful, hands-on experience working in a 503A sterile compounding environment and a strong understanding of what safe, compliant, and efficient sterile operations should look like.
nYou will work closely with BrightMeds' founders, designated Pharmacist-in-Charge, pharmacy consultants, technology team, and other pharmacy personnel to develop the systems, workflows, quality standards, and team needed to serve patients responsibly.

- Multiple potential pharmacy locations and cleanroom partners under evaluation n
- Founders who are directly involved and able to make decisions quickly n
You will join early enough to influence important decisions, but you will not be expected to build the pharmacy alone.
nOur operating philosophy is straightforward:
