Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services
- Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Deliver direct patient care and medication counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor medication therapies for safety and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Allscripts EMR system
- Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations as assigned
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical pharmacy services
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Four 10-hour shifts weekly
- Rotating schedules including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Shift start times may vary between:
- 8:00 AM
- 9:00 AM
- 10:00 AM
- 12:00 PM
- Rotational days off may fluctuate based on departmental needs
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution
- Current active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum of 1 year of Clinical Pharmacist experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
- Ability to work flexible and rotating schedules

- Orientation held every two weeks
- Holiday coverage required
- COVID and flu exemption requests may be considered with completed declination forms
- Housing application must be submitted at least two weeks prior to assignment start date
