Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- AZ Pharmacist License required
- Inpatient acute hospital experience required
- 2 years of experience required
Assignment Details:
- Shift hours: 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Shift days: Wednesday - Tuesday
- No on call
- Holidays: Pharmacy will be open on recognized holidays
- EMR: Cerner
