Contract Duration: 13 weeks and possibly longer
Start Date: Immediate or soon thereafter
Schedule:
- 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
- Alternating shifts between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Workweek typically begins on Wednesday
- Dispense medications accurately in a hospital setting
- Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient drug therapies
- Monitor patient medication regimens and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
- Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment
- Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
