To support a growing Medical Management/Health Services team, the full-time Pharmacist Specialty - FL, TX, MO, CA, MI will ensure patients receive appropriate medications, provide counseling and education, and manage pharmacy services remotely. Key responsibilities Review and enter prescription orders accurately while conducting drug utilization reviews to resolve therapy-related concerns Provide patient counseling and education regarding medications and treatment plans, ensuring safety and compliance Coordinate pharmacy services, including supervising dispensing activities and participating in quality assurance and improvement plans Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D, with 3+ years of relevant pharmacy experience Active pharmacist license in FL, TX, MO, CA, or MI, with the ability to obtain licenses in other states as required Experience in mail order, retail, or hospital pharmacy settings Strong understanding of pharmaceutical services and patient care Ability to participate in performance improvement projects and provide training to pharmacy staff
