Job Title: Pharmacist (Shift Differential)

Job Description
- Accept and dispense prescription medications, monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns.
- Ensure the supply of medicines complies with legal requirements and that prescribed medicines are suitable.
- Maintain confidential records of patients and manage pharmacy files accurately.
- Advise patients on medication use, reactions, and answer queries.
- Provide consultation on medications and medical devices, including storage, dosage, and side effects.
- Compound medications for external or internal use and prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks, and maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
Critical Information
Shift: 10-hour rotating shifts with specific hours (6:30am-4:30pm, 9am-7pm, 11am-9pm, 1pm-11pm), every 3rd weekend.
