Job Description:

Accept and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns. Ensure that the distribution of medicines complies with legal regulations. Maintain confidential patient records and pharmacy files with proper management. Advise patients on medication usage, possible reactions, and answer queries. Provide consultations on prescription and non-prescription medications, including storage, dosage, side effects, and interactions. Offer patient services such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement, and cholesterol management.

Critical Information:

Shift hours: 2nd Shift, with differential pay: $2.50/hr; 3rd Shift differential: $6.00/hr Onsite environment Compliance considerations and pharmacy operational environment

Education/Licenses Needed:

Doctor of Pharmacy degree Licensed by the state pharmacy board
