Providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, the full-time salaried Pharmacist - SD Licensed will evaluate prescriber orders, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and educate patients on medication usage while working nights in either Sioux Falls, SD or San Antonio, TX. Key responsibilities Evaluate prescriber orders for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness across multiple EMRs Collaborate with physicians to recommend optimal therapy solutions following ASHP standards Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and expected outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required Pharmacist license in the residing state (required) Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or hospital experience preferred Must obtain four additional state licenses within 120 days of hire
