Admixture Center – ensuring the safe preparation and distribution of IV medications. Clinical Pharmacy Services – providing expert support for pharmacokinetic consults, responding to provider and nursing inquiries, and assisting with code coverage.What We're Looking ForEducation: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
Experience: PGY1 Pharmacy Residency preferred; hospital experience strongly valued. Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Virginia pharmacist license within 90 days of hire. Please note: Until licensed, you may not perform duties restricted to licensed pharmacists.
