Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Richmond, VA. This position requires expertise in hospital pharmacy operations within a dynamic environment. Engage with complex patient cases, including trauma and critical care, while working within a supportive team.

- Perform IV and medication verification, as well as IV compounding
- Administer Vancomycin AUC dosing and Aminoglycoside dosing
- Conduct renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC handling
- Virginia State Pharmacist license
- A minimum of 2 years hospital experience
- Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, and Vigilanz
