We are seeking experienced Pharmacists with expertise in retail , community , or chain pharmacy settings. This short-term role involves helping fine-tune AI models using your pharmaceutical knowledge and retail operations expertise . Key Responsibilities
- Solve real-world pharmacy and healthcare scenarios to test AI’s reasoning
- Write clear, structured explanations covering prescription verification , dosage counseling , formulary management , and over-the-counter medication guidance
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy , professionalism , and compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of drug classifications , pharmacy operations , and patient care workflows
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist in retail , community , or chain pharmacy settings
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree
- Active pharmacist license in the U.S. (or equivalent jurisdiction) required
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations , inventory management , and medication safety protocols
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
- Ability to clearly explain pharmaceutical and consumer health concepts
