Maximus Federal is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Medical Consultant panel as an Expert Medical Reviewer to conduct medical judgment appeals.
Role Overview:
- Conduct peer reviews to determine whether clinical decisions during specific encounters meet the standard of care.
- Support quality management initiatives to improve healthcare delivery in VA medical facilities.
Compensation: $50 – $200 per case
Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of experience
- Actively providing direct patient care 20+ hours/month
- Willingness to work as a 1099 at-will contractor
Work Arrangement: Flexible REMOTE
