Encompass Health invites licensed pharmacists to join as Remote Pharmacists, supporting multiple hospitals with a census of 30–60 patients daily. You’ll use ACEIT and clinical systems to assess, plan, intervene, implement and evaluate patient care, while adhering to each hospital's policies and procedures.
You’ll work remotely to provide pharmaceutical care, with opportunities for growth, continuing education, and a path to meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
