Pharmacist

To support Commercial Specialty and Non-Specialty Pharmacy programs, the full-time Remote Pharmacist - Prior Authorization will conduct clinical reviews of prior authorization requests, verify coverage and eligibility, and communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams in a fully remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and review prior authorization requests and render coverage determinations based on clinical criteria Conduct inbound and outbound calls with physicians, healthcare providers, and patients to address clinical questions and obtain additional information Collaborate with prior authorization technicians and team members to process referrals and provide clinical support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / BS Pharmacy Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of residence/practice 1+ year of pharmacist experience required Ability to manage a high-volume workload and make clinical determinations using established criteria Strong computer skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
