Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have

• Pharmacy residency and/or BCPS preferred.
• Experience in oncology infusion centers is a plus.
• No new graduates please.

Description

• The unit has 267 inpatient beds and 100 outpatient beds.
• The pharmacist will work with a tech-to-pharmacist ratio of 2:1 per state law.
• Experience with Cerner EMR and Omnicell for dispensing cabinets is required.
• There is a weekend and holiday requirement for this position.
• Pharmacy operates 24/7, and there is a sterile compounding experience desired.
• Shifts will include days, evenings, and nights.
• Floor-specific orientation will be provided.
• Common diagnoses include NICU, pediatrics, adults, geriatric, and oncology patients.
• A hospitalist or intensivist will be present in-house.
