How You’ll Contribute
- Manages drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Reviews, interprets, and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve potential or actual drug‑related problems.
- Provides drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students.
- Documents interventions and their outcomes for use in drug therapy quality improvement efforts.
- Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and completeness prior to entry and checks for accuracy after filling by technicians.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Pharmacy license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
