Responsibilities
- Provides accurate, efficient, and appropriate pharmaceutical distribution services to all age groups of patients.
- Safely prepares and dispenses medication orders for patients.
- Supervises pharmacy technician personnel consistent with organizational policies and procedures.
- Acts as a resource for other healthcare professionals.
- Proactive and is a visionary who influences, mentors staff.
- Ensures commitment to the values of JCMG.
- Assures building and facilitating of teams.
- Provides appropriate safety and infection control measures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Doctorate degree from an accredited school of pharmacy and completion of internship approved by National Board of Pharmacy
Experience
- Minimum 1-year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Certification/License
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Missouri in good standing
- BLS required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to use computerized information systems
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively
Work is normally performed in an interior/office environment. Occasionally work involves driving to locations off of the main campus.
Pay Range: $63 - $68 per hour
