JOB DESCRIPTION
The schedule would be Monday-Friday. The shift would be 7-3:30.
Position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a current Arizona pharmacist license in good standing.
Responsibilities:
- Dispenses prescriptions to pets in accordance with policy and conformance with regulations and laws dealing with the prescription class
- Verifies compounding processes done by technicians by checking calculations, confirming ingredients, performing final QA checks.
- Ability to work in USP 795/800 lab spaces
- The ability to focus on a single task and quickly complete them is important to being efficient in this role.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical calculations is preferred.
