Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager

Schedule

• Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours
• Rotating weekend coverage (approximately every 3rd weekend)

Store Hours

• Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Sun: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately
• Provide patient counseling and immunizations
• Oversee and support pharmacy staff workflow
• Manage inventory and medication supply
• Support long-term care prescription processing and coordination
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver strong customer service and patient communication

Candidate Profile

• Licensed Pharmacist (WI license or ability to obtain quickly)
• Immunization certified or willing to become certified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and operationally reliable
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Interest in independent pharmacy or business operations is a plus
