The successful candidate will be a self‑driven team player who delights in providing good customer service and has a strong business focus.
You will be required to carry out the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a pharmacist which include dispensing prescriptions, responding to symptoms with over the counter sales, staff training, etc.
Key Duties
- A commitment to great customer service and leadership among the other members of staff, creating a warm and professional working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy, maintaining script volume while also searching for ways to increase this (typically dispensing 5,000 items per month).
- Provide continued support and services for the community such as MDS, NMS, DMS, CPCS, emergency supply and flu services.
Package and Benefits
- £55,000 – £60,000 annual salary
- 40 hours per week
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
You’ll want to deliver outstanding service with a positive mind‑set to our customers in an exciting, progressive environment. You’ll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You’ll need to be a fully qualified pharmacist and have at least 3 years’ experience, but this can be negotiated. You’ll be registered with the GPhC.
