Pharmacist - Pharmacy Benefit Management (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities: Manage formularies, coverage determinations, and clinical programs. Respond to clinical inquiries and complete prior authorization requests. Collaborate with claims processor and present to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committees. Qualifications: Drug therapy knowledge and contemporary medication use systems. Preferred: residency or 3 years experience, managed care or PBM experience. Healthcare options covered 100% for full-time employees. Up to 200 hours vacation, sick leave, paid holidays.
