Pharmacist - Pharmacy Benefit Management (Fully Remote)

• OHSU is Oregon's only public academic health center.

Responsibilities:

• Manage formularies, coverage determinations, and clinical programs.
• Respond to clinical inquiries and complete prior authorization requests.
• Collaborate with claims processor and present to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committees.

Qualifications:

• Drug therapy knowledge and contemporary medication use systems.
• Preferred: residency or 3 years experience, managed care or PBM experience.
