Exciting Opportunity for Inpatient Pharmacists!

• Join a dynamic team working in an innovative healthcare environment!
• Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (09:00 - 19:00) with flexible scheduling (not extending past 9 PM).
• Must possess a PharmD degree and be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina.
• Engage in essential pharmacist duties, including:
• Providing exceptional customer service to healthcare teammates.
• Verifying medication orders and reviewing for patient allergies and drug interactions.
• Conducting medication reconciliation and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring patient safety through accurate IV admixture preparation per USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Preferred Experience:
• At least one year of experience, especially with pharmacist dosing protocols and the EPIC charting system.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
