Position Details:
Job Title: Pharmacist
Location: Peridot, AZ
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4*10s or 5*8s - Variable i.e nights , days, swing and weekends
Shift Details: 40 hours
Type: Local Contract but travelers are welcome to apply!
Job Summary:
Pharmacists Hospital exp req and multiple locations
Need outpatient and can work inpatient if needed.
Needs to be flexible to days and hours.
Inpatient/ER pharmacist with ACLS & PALS. PALS can be obtained on-site.
No Pets on Housing property
Required Certifications or Licenses:
Five years professional experience with two years of management experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
Current and valid state Pharmacy license, required
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
