Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper storage of medications
- Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
- Current and valid Utah Pharmacy Technician license (mandatory due to licensing difficulty)
- Experience working in a pharmacy, preferably in hospital or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, medication names, and dosage calculations
- Ability to work efficiently during the 2nd shift hours and weekends
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
