- Maintain a system of management controls to optimize drug therapy
- Assist and support Pharmacy department employees
- Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate departmental functions and activities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately
- Provide drug information and education to the medical team and patients
- Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS and ACLS required
- Need 2 years experience in setting
