Pharmacist License

Required & Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Pharmacist experience
• Pharmacy dispensing system experience
• Sterile Processing experience
• IV room experience
• Knowledge of an EMR

Duties

• Review and verify prescription orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to formulary guidelines.
• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions to patients regarding dosage, usage, and potential side effects.
• Assess drug-drug interactions and contraindications to prevent adverse reactions and ensure patient safety.
